New solutions for the rework handling

More and more companies realising the necessity to automat the handling of the treads which are rejected for rework.
Systraplan has realised different solutions which are able to fully automat this handling. The solutions are always adapted to the needs of the customer.

Building stacks of approx. 5 treads with a vacuum belt system and wrapping them in foil in order to stack the packages automatically on a pallet for storing till the rework of the material, or folding the treads automatically in true feed direction for a easier manual handling.

It guarantees a constant high quality of treads as is increasingly required for high quality tires.

Rationalisation measures which must reach into all areas of tire production can be effectively executed at this point.
