Vacuum system

With the vacuum system, a suction frame with a multitude of suctions cups raises the batch and deposits it on the booker section.

As with the vacuum turner, a low vacuum, produced by the side channel compressor, is also used here.

This has the advantage that  when depositing through reversing, a high airflow can be used to loosen the treads from the suction cups.

Additionally integrated scraper rakes guarantee safe tread tread deposit even for sticky rubber mixtures.

The advantage of this system is the ver precise take over and deposit of the treads.
