The stacking box consists of a crossbar lifting platform, operated by a hydraulic device, a transfer belt conveyor on top, a heavy electrically driven duty roller conveyor, an infeed mangle and a board alignment device.

The boards move over an electrically driven infeed mangle with pneumatically controlled top pressing wheels.
When reaching their position, the boards are aligned pneumatically by cylinders.

The lifting platform moves down after each board in accordanc to the thickness of the board. The stack will be discharged over the conveyor. When reaching the pre-assigne stacking height the stack is moved out by the roller conveyor.

By manual adjustment of the guides and stops the size of the boards can be changed. The required stacking height is also freely adjustable.

A transferring belt conveyor, which unables a direct transport into further stacking boxes, guarantees a continuous operating.
