Cross cut saws for the board industry

The gantry of the saw is carried out in stable steel profiles. Cross cut saw, optional with pre-cutting unit, cutting from the top on linear guidance, with continuous table support.

Linear guidance with centralized lubrication for the saw carriage, driven by toothed belts and servomotors. Cut offs will be disposed in a waste container by the customer.

Pneumatically controlled pressure rollers in front of the saw aggregate clamp the boards. Saw discharge to change the tools.

By equipping the aggregates with different tools boards of various materials can be handled.
