Systraplan Developes a New Range of Products for Door Machining

Systraplan, a company located in Herford, are extending their main field of expertise in material flow, handling and storage technology by adding a drilling and hinge inserting technology.

Systraplans’ high performance pitless feeding and stacking system, which has been introduced at the last LIGNA, can be ideally combined with drilling technologies with high cycle outputs.

The first step will be accomplished with a center for working doors. The newly developed machine will drill holes into the doors from above and below and inserts hinges in one working operation.
 
With an innovative feeding and positioning system a continuous working process can be realized and thus high outputs can be achieved.

Since January 2003 Mr. Wilfried Hermsmeier is technical manager of Systraplan. His Know How, gained by many years of experience, can be consequently used and further developed when it comes to drilling and assembly technology.

Systraplan is represented at the LIGNA 2003, hall 26, stand A 57. There the new developed machine for working doors will be presented. The LIGNA fair takes place from 26. – 30. May 2003 in Hanover.
