Standard Documentation

 
As part of the product our standard documentation contains in accordance to machine directive 2006/42/EC, this consists of 2 parts:

Part 1: Operating manual

The operating manual consists of the required operating conditions, essential safety requirements and risks references concerning the handling of the system. The anthology comprises following topics and documents:

  • Life cycles: Transport, operation, maintenance, dismantling and disposal
  • Mechanical spare part lists
  • Drawings: Arrangement drawing, pneumatic plan, electrical appliance plan (*)
  • Information of additional mechanical purchases
  • Data-CD: Operating manual

Part 2: Operating instructions

The operating instructions consist of information for the operator concerning the handling of the system and which action needs to be taken in case of a malfunction. The anthology comprises following topics and documents:

  • Functional description
  • Declaration of conformity
  • Electrical spare part lists
  • Plans: circuit diagram, terminal scheme (*)
  • Information of additional electrical purchases
  • Data-CD: Operating instructions

Language of operating instruction as follows:

  • Within the EEC language of users national language
  • Outside of the EEC in English or German, all other languages optionally for an additional charge
  • (*) Version in German or English only

CE-certification

SYSTRAPLAN issues the CE-certification if SYSTRAPLAN delivers a complete machine under the Act 2006/42/EC. The customer is responsible for the CE-certification of the entire system, if the customer delivers parts of the machine or SYSTRAPLAN delivers a partly completed machine under the Act 2006/42/EC.

Incomplete delivery of the machine

In the event of an incomplete delivery of the machine SYSTRAPLAN delivers only assembly instructions (i.e. System without control), taking into account to replace the paragraphs Operating Manual and Operating Instructions by the Assembly Instructions.

Assembly Instructions (*)

The assembly instructions consist of the required operating conditions, essential safety requirements and risks references concerning the handling of the system. The anthology comprises following topics and documents:

  • Life cycles: Transport, operation, maintenance, dismantling and disposal
  • Declaration of incorporation
  • Spare part lists
  • Drawings: Arrangement drawing, pneumatic plan, electrical appliance plan
  • Information of additional purchases
  • Data-CD: Assembly instruction

Declaration of incorporation

In accordance to machine directive 2006/42/EC, the partly completed machine must be accompanied by the assembly instructions as well as the declaration of incorporation until the machine is entirely completed. After the machine has been completed, the assembly instructions as well as the declaration of incorporation must be enclosed to the technical documentation.
