Fast cross cut saw for the production for thin particleboard

The gantry of the saw is carried out in stable steel profiles. Crosscut saw aggregate, cutting from unterneath on linear gudance, with continuous table support.

Driven by toothed belts and servomotor.Exhaust from underneath by fixed positioned exhaust hoods.

Exhaust from above for a possible chipless board surfaces by a pneumatically controlled exhaust hood with pressure rollers.

Pneumatically controlled pressure rollers in front of a saw aggregate clamp the boards. Saw discharge to change the tools.

Length-measuring device by a positioning unit with measuring wheel. Manual angle adjustments in cross directions.
