SYSTRAMATIC gantry saw and cut to size saw

The saw consist of a 360 degrees revolving saw-head, fitted as per requirement with a pre-cutting saw. The saw-head is positioned over the sawing table with the help of a multi-axial and multi-directional gantry.

The turning is electromotively accomplished.A high positioning accuracy is guaranteed bay a servomotor, driving the gantry and the saw-head.

The saw table is fully adjustable, on a belt system to feed full packages and to discharge fixed-sized boards. The supports for the packages consist of wearing plates or controllable according to the cutting pattern.

With each single belt individually controllable, full stacks of panels can be cross cut in a staggered pattern and moved as if it were a checkerboard pattern.
Movable aligners adjust the lenght as well as the frontal clumps, which can be lowered according to each cutting pattern.

The cross alignment is archieved using side fences and lowerable side stops.
Stable pressure beams, attached to both sides of the saw blade, avoid a sliding of the boards durching the cross cut.

They automatically move out of the range of the saw aggregate when cutting longitudinal directions.

The saw-head is equipped with a special head, which can be connected to every central or individual exhaust system. The saw will be equipped with a Siemens S7 or a PC control system.
