SAWS BELONG TO THE DELIVERY PROGRAM OF SYSTRAPLAN

Systraplan, a company located in Herford, has parallel to the main construction fields such as production line machines, handling and warehouse systems also saws as a fixed part of the  program. The know how for building saws has been extended accordingly.

Besides many saws built during projects for industrial assembly lines there are always solutions for  customer’s specific need.

A cross saw was recently completed which performs a 2.100mm long cut with in 3 seconds. The acceleration of the saw aggregate (from up to 20 m/s² with a feeding speed from up to 170 m/min.) is based on todays technological standards.

For two years now a trimmer and cutting saw for boards is being used in production. The saws consists of a 360° revolving saw-head fitted as per requirement with a pre-cutting saw. The saw head is positioned over the sawing table with the help of a multi-axial and multi-directional support.
Beside the completely trimming the saw is also able to cut set sizes or small strips out of the original board, and this for boards up to 200 mm thickness.
