REASONABLE HIGHBAY-RACK FOR BOARD-PICKING

As exhibitor, SYSTRAPLAN will present its Volkslager to the industry profesionals at the trade show LIGNA in Hanover, the world’s most important fair for the wood-working industry. This high-bay storage concept is particularly interesting for businesses which have so far invested in a plane storage system on grounds of costs. The benefits of a high-bay system compared to a plane storage system will clearly persuade at virtually the same price.

This concept was first presented 6 years ago at the LIGNA by SYSTRAPLAN. At the LIGNA 2015 presented Systraplan the Volkslager with integrated stack transport at the basic frame. With this option is it possible to increase the performance of the automatic storage system.

Since then, numerous Volkslager-systems have  been delivered to satisfied customers, who are, at a rule, small and medium-sized companies from Germany and abroad.

At LIGNA Systraplan could look forward to an increased interest. The shown system has found much attention among visitors and has led to many new contacts with potential customers.

Volkslager Captures the Spirit of Time

Volkslager Presentation at LIGNA

SYSTRAPLAN is for the first time  to present a VOLKSLAGER with ingerated stack transport on the basic frame in full size. The interested audience had the chance to get more information about various automatic picking processes of woodbased panels directly from the high-rack.

New Compact Sorting Warehouse

The further developed compact sorting warehouse of SYSTRAPLAN will provide plenty to talk about. With the help of a compact sorting warehouse the efficiency of the entire production can be considerably enhanced by a simple and manageable investment in the right place.

„Our compact sorting warehouses are extremely interesting for our industrial customers. According to the experiences gained and to the latest figures have shown that this subject become increasingly current”, states sales manager Lutz Abel.

Efficiency Growth through Resorting

Increasing number of vresions in combination with 1-piece production at the samt time require an optimization of the material flow in the furniture industry to allow an even more efficient use of the processing machines and materials.
