Change in the management

On December 31, 2022, Mr. Werner Krutemeier ended his active employment with us and was thus also recalled as Managing Director on this date. He is leaving at his own request for reasons of age. We would like to thank him for his many years of trustful cooperation.
 
He will be succeeded by Mr. Florian Krutemeier, who has been appointed Managing Director as of January 1, 2023. Please place your trust in him as well.

We have also granted Mr. Hartmut Brünger power of attorney effective January 1, 2023.
